I may be overly paranoid, but I swear VR is being set up to sabotage us. Now it's switching "now" and "not." I almost missed correcting the doctor dictating "I could now enter the abdomen" when VR had already typed "I could not enter the abdomen." Better not dare blink or you will miss something...yikes!
