My lead got ticked at me 2 weeks ago and for the following week after all I got was crap dictations ONLY while she was working. Seriously, nothing but crap. I could see good dictators in the queue, but only got the bad ones. Needless to say, I had to pend several and my pend percentage was 7% (normally about 3-4%), so even though my accuracy was 100%, my pay was cut in half......so FU TW! This one is for you.
