This operative report, it not only added in the facility-specific specimen heading, it added in a specimen. Rather unsettling. Relistened to a lot of the report surrounding this output, and this was never ever dictated. I felt a little better when I realized, although in the correct area of anatomy, it was not likely a specimen from this operation.
Previous 2 reports also had ASR's own output decisions too. This gets more and more frustrating and unsettling. Shesh. Beware to any facility or doctor who buys this junk software. It generates reports that look real, but are not what the doctor dictated!
