I've been there about a year. It's perfect for me, I get to stay home and work when my daughter is sleeping and at preschool. I've been an MT for a few years so I guess I don't know what it was like "before."
The only downside for me is the fluctuation of hiring/work. They'll go through waves where work starts getting behind because people quit, then they hire a million people and there's no work. You have to wait that out for a few weeks and then it's back to normal.
