I couldn't even make minimum wage. The accounts I was on had almost all Hispanic doctors who had hyphenated names. Whenever they would say, "Send a copy to Dr. Garcia", I could never find him. Then I discovered that they have a lot of hypenated names, like "Gonzales-Garcia" and I spent so much time trying to find them and of course I wasn't getting paid for that. I did not like Fluency either-- way to many steps to do before you even got to the dictation part. I tried it for a month and when I discovered how little I was making for all that work, I quit. I only got VR and even if I could have doubled the amount of work I could do, I still would not have made even minimum wage. I decided it was way too much trouble for the pennies I was making, so I quit. I can type twice as fast than fixing the stupid VR but that's all I had. It seemed like it took me forever to get through all of it for the piddly amount I was making. As I've said before, the people were very nice, but you can't pay your bills on nice. I've never worked so hard for so little money, so I quit.
