No wonder they were just hiring anyone who applies. First off the cpl is a slap in the face. The emails with critical errors in the subject line are daunting too and the hoops you have to jump through on the ADT screen are a bit much. How do these companies stay alive? I bet SS will sell out to Nuance sooner than later, due to lack of MTs who will work for them, unless they just hire newbies and QA them all the time; kind of like the other companies do with the Indian MTs. I am so discouraged, as it took so long to find another MT job and now this. I too have a second job, so I will keep that and keep on looking.
