prices transcription services can charge varies from .07 to .20 depending on account and (get this) experience of MT!!! so if we are getting paid .04 and they are charging double, they make what off of us yearly? no wonder multimillion dollar company with me in poor house.
MM pay is 30% less than average for US companies.
there are 12 positions at MM (their paycheck comes from---) remember our HDSM, supervisors, etc make 3 to 5 times more than us with 2-3 weeks paid vacation, while our PTO is for sick leave and NJA (see a problem here?)
if there are say 8000 MTs, their profit is what yearly? i know yal can do math.
number of MTs varied on sites from 4000 to 10,000 MTs
pay is from $18,000 year to $33,000 year for MT (really?)

dont know why i cant find what MM gets paid for our work, but just based on this i can see why it is a multimillion dollar company and i dont want to see what i made every 2 weeks, so sad!
