They move slow enough so their people in India can learn from your work...Their IT guys load up the systems and throw the switches so dictation and reports are available for training over there. Then, the account is phased OVER and OUT. It is a one-way street, UNLESS the hospital complains and then it reappears!! (Just like said above...They are correct, has happened to me too.) They are trying to phase out employees by making it harder and harder to meet goals and then they try to make you IC (which, by the way, is ILLEGAL) instead of firing you and paying unemployment. Just lovely place to work...
