the way we used to figure 300/hr and the way that we were told originally is different than what they are doing now. I was steadily reaching the goal since they put it in place and only told recently that I was not. Same as other people posting. NOW on MT JOBS they are offering evening sign on bonus and state there are production bonuses....guess that is from the $$ they are saving by not giving us PTO..Person above correct, FT status and health care only thing left to go. Rug is being pulled out fast and hard.
