and from what i read on the company boards, it seems all the MTSOs are about the same really. It's disgusting.
Since the merger/buyout, I've seen pay decrease, benefits decrease (and become more expensive), PTO decrease with some pretty underhanded/misleading policies about PTO. Wonder what's next? Meanwhile, the sales team has contests with prizes of paid vehicle leases. They're selling services we provide - you think they'd show a bit more appreciation or at least not scr*w us at every turn. However, we are 100% disposable and replaceable and we have bills to pay and mouths to feed so we just keep on keepin' on. What a way to live!
