There was an ILP on MT Stars years ago, although I don't believe it was this board specifically. He stated that he worked for MM and that they get paid as a group around 2 cpl. Meaning they have to split that 2 cpl between each of the layers of their QA. This gives them incentive to get off QA as they will then make more money. He also stated that they have to maintain an 89% accuracy. As I said, this was years ago, and who knows if this was really an ILP, but I have a feeling it was, as it does make sense.
