most employees do not complain to the outsource MTSO when labor laws for their state are not followed because they are afraid to lose their jobs. When someone does lodge a complaint, the MTSO finds some reason/any reason to let them go. We have become faceless numbers in digital sweatshops. The hospitals/clinics who sell us out to the MTSO, do not care one bit how we are treated. All they know is they are saving money by outsourcing. And that's the way it is. There is almost nothing we can do but get into another line of work at this point.
