If they send everything to India, they will surely violate some of their contracts with clients who don't support offshoring. Don't know if they are tired of offshore work or if they FINALLY realized how big their legal liability is with offshore work. No HIPAA requirements in India and will be much more difficult to bring Nuance into a U.S. lawsuit. I'm sure if Nuance transfers the work to India, it will also break out the company legal entity that manages.
