time sending this form or whatever we have to sign. Maybe we are supposed to put the GROSS amount of the severance, which we do know. Sadly, severance is taxed at a different (higher) rate than regular wages. I am sure HR is going to wait until 11:59 pm tonight to send out the severance pay form.
