most employee-friendly labor laws. Ohio's suck for the employee so you are probably near the end of the list. But make no mistake, Nuance's ultimate goal is to transfer ALL the work to India...where there are very little, if any, employee-friendly labor laws and they can be basically paid a penny a line or less.
