The QA standards are 98%, which were also required at other places I have worked. Nuance, on the other hand, has a "grid" in which the MTs actually are deducted pay due to not meeting "Nuance standards" which is absolutely deplorable. I guess there are different QA folks throughout each company and it is too bad you got one or perhaps a few that were so picky. A bonus structure just went into place that sounds really good and I am excited now because for good quality you now will be rewarded and increase your pay. I am happy I went back to iMedat and have stayed with them, now going on 2 years. I hope you find a good place to work for, as I know it is slim pickins' these days.
