and apparently it is legal. It's shameful behavior. The next thing will be a line count requirement increase that is impossible to reach to seal the deal of them not having to pay out PTO. I knew when I saw what appeared to be some good changes coming that something underhanded would come along with it. These companies aren't gonna give MTs anything for free. Not a darn thing. So much for the loyal employee being rewarded anymore. I cried and cried yesterday until I had cried myself into a migraine! I guess instead of trying to treat good employees well, they'd rather spend more $ training new people over and over again when all the really good people leave.
