How is it legal to take away something (PTO) that you previously earned. I am very good friends with an attorney who specializes in work relations. It is illegal to punish you by taking away PTO that you have already earned due to not meeting minimal requirements, and even more so if you do not meet it due to lack of work. I think some people on this board are full of sh%t and post lies just to have something to say.
