Question re: Mandatory FIESA - crazy train

So they keep telling us that we HAVE to review FIESA on a regular basis, and we HAVE to maintain compliance with signing off on any errors. If it is mandatory, don't they have to PAY us for that time??? I have not checked it in so long, but now I'm getting these emails on a regular basis.
