There are a lot of posts that only appear for a few hours and then the poster deletes the ad. I applied to one of those jobs recently and have found the MTSO to be playing games in just a month. I think MTStars should not allow posts to be removed within a certain period of time so people can see who is posting, what kind of work/pay it is, etc. instead of letting this kind of post removal go on. IMHO it hides the MTSOs who want to stay hidden from the public and hide their dirty tricks.
