Bipolar working environment - anon

When I was working for them, it was like the QA's were bipolar. You do have to do a certain amount of lines for them, so if work is slow you may be in front of your computer for 12 hours trying to get your lines in for the day. Also, the feedback is different from one QA to another, and they expect you to do a lot of demographics and records searching (for no extra pay). When I finally quit this job, it was a relief. I would not recommend them if you are looking for flexibility. I spent a lot of hours working for little pay in the end.
