It has been under Obama for the last 8 years that more and more dictation gets sent overseas and with Hilary you will only see more of the same because with this global idea All American work is going to be sent overseas to even out the playing field. PLUS, what companies are left in the US in the last 8 years have been forced to make people part-time due to Obamacare because companies cannot make their insurance affordable due to our pay being decreased over the last 8 years due to this continued offshoring. You cannot see you are cutting off your nose to spite your face pointing the finger at Trump when there are three fingers pointing back at you. Trump was no where around with the healthcare act that allows America's healthcare information, SS#'s, precious information overseas. Wasn't Hilary one who worked on healthcare when Clinton (Liar #1) was in office. This trainwreck for American transcription happened long before Trump ever considered office.
