We get a minimum of 220 hours of ET each year. We are required to take half of that time off. The rest of the time can be used for situations like this, sick time, or cashing out. This is the reason for the generous ET we do get. There has been extra work at least on 2nd. How often are you checking in to make the time up? I am not trying to be mean or nit-pick, but we do have pretty good benefits here and I do know that there is work available, maybe just not when you want it.
