How has anyone ever even spoken to Amphion Tech Support? - sm

You must go through a manager, then get permission to contact Tech Support, only after she tries to figure everything out on her own, but can't. Obviously. I cannot believe how controlling these managers are here and absolutely treat us like children, telling us we cannot contact tech support without first going through her. dumb.
