No one is a problem 100% of the time, but LMs nasty, condescending attitude and rude emails are not a management style; it is a character disorder.
I would much prefer working in a pleasant, professional atmosphere without the over-the-top control freak drama. We were expected to complete work with a 24-hour TAT within minutes of it hitting the system. Why was our paychecks not handled in the same expedited fashion? No excuse for the days on end delay of getting my checks.
I used to work for Nuance and I am quite familiar with FIESA. I am not worried about the audits, as I always passed them.
I much prefer the new company. I know you have a different opinion; I just do not agree with you. I wish you luck in whatever you endeavor.
