I worked the crappy weekends and didn't get benefits. I was at one time getting time and a half for holidays but that stopped over a year ago, only straight time. The weekends are generally slow so with production only there is absolutely no money to be made.
It sounds like they may have bought one too many transcription companies and they may be having financial difficulties other than the person who
got a free 3 year lease for a Mercedes as a reward for going a great job.
