If you are on PM, they still have to pay you minimum wage, right? That means if they are only paying you minimum wage anyway, they gain nothing by putting you on PM cause they will have to pay makeup pay to get it to minimum wage? Hmmmm, maybe a little silver thread peeking through the lining when I get placed on PM first of the month. Strange state of affairs......
