I understand the yawning on occasion, but I wish doctors were held accountable for their dictations. Words spoken through a yawn are hard to understand. I have a couple doctors who seriously have stomach issues, and I feel for them, but I hear the juiciest of belches regularly with no attempt to pause in speech or pull away the microphone, no, "Excuse me." We are forced to listen to bodily functions--I can't believe there are people who say, "Quit whining." Geez. Have some compassion or if it is not an issue you are dealing with/care about, move on.
