What is with some of these people, dont have the brains to - pronounce words properly SM

They cut out,  usually consonants, in the middle of a word??

Losar __ an, missing the t.

Sta__in,  again missing the t.   And other words I can't recall right now.

I dont know if it's a regional thing??   Irritating. 

Another long night.
