I even pleaded my case with a rep from UE office over the phone. In the end, they are no better than KP and I was deemed 'ineligible indefinitely' for UE benefits.

Just as well, having the benefits means I would be hounded every other week from them on the job applications I submitted and where I submitted them, if I visited an establishment centering on career options, etc.

Florida should change their ID as 'The Sunshine State' to 'The Crazy As A Meth-head State'.

I could kick myself for accepting MM's job offer 2.5 years ago. Should've taken the UE option after my hospital laid me off. Hindsight's 20/20, yada, yada, yada...
