Excessive blanks. You'll be paid at a reduced rate for too many submitted to QA. I wouldn't have blanks if the doctors spoke correctly. Mine are rarely equipment or terminology, it is holy cow, slow down I can't understand you blanks. Or foreign doctors that like to race through numbers and make no sense at all. God I HATE it here...
