Not caring about quality can cost you your job. Hospitals demand 100% accuracy and fast turnaround times from MLS. MTSOs promise such. The better we MLS meet those criteria, the better the bonuses for MTSO's upper management. Since our cpl rate is so much higher (haha) than "global partners," it makes financial sense to get rid of any US MLS not meeting standards and replacing with lower paid (if possible) MLS.
Can't wait to get out of this field.
