Whatever crap coverage offered by Scruance is what I have. If you have that, you must know there is no co-pay. I'm not old enough to have supplemental insurance, so co-insurance is a moot point.
I have paid the doctor's bill minus the $20 "statement fee". If they call me on it, I'll tell them I will not be paying to pad their coffers. If they want to let me go as a patient, that's fine with me. I don't need to be nickel and dimed.
