If they dictated it 2 weeks ago and uploaded it today, it will still show up dictated 2 weeks ago. There is no way to know when it was actually uploaded into the MM system unless you go into Fluency Manager.
I'm not saying that she was incorrect, just that there are other reasons why she is getting old work when others are getting NJA.
