I totally agree. I've been saying that for years, why don't they just hire someone to dictate for them. You can't get a good line count when you have to stop constantly struggling to understand. Its not fair that they can get away with not speaking proper English but we have to be near perfect. This is one reason I got out of transcription before and probably will again.
