Because if not, that has got to be one of the most racist comments I have seen on this board. I have been doing transcription over 10 years and most of the dictators I get are ESL. It takes a "special" ear to get them sometimes, but I have had way worse English as a first language speaking dictators than many of the ESL I have ever had. I also think it is very narrow minded to think that just because they have not perfected their English to your standards that you seem to think the care they give would be sub par.
