If someone would rather go to a doctor they can understand and communicate with, how is that racist? ESL docs can also be German, Swedish, Italian, etc. I wouldn't go to one of them either if I couldn't understand a word they said, nor would I want to be stuck trying to decipher their dictation for peanuts.
The language barrier - it's a real thing and it's okay to talk about it ;)
