I was at a company last year where one doctor was not speaking entirely in English. I found out not long after I started that he was partly using his native language and told to leave blanks where he did this. Problem was he was so horrible with his English that it was impossible to decipher what was really English and what was not. It seemed that QA would almost always pull a couple of his reports for audits. Thankful I was able to find something else and get out of there.
