I had certain accounts that would not download properly and would not let me work on them until it was completely downloaded. As an SHDA where I was supposed to be skipping through and filling in blanks it was extremely time consuming. My manager was extremely helpful in getting my complaints to the right person and they sent me a link to the new 7.11 upgrade. They know 7.10 is horrid.
