Pick a job, under Job Views, choose Count Log File (Payroll). You'll see what they include in detail.
I know that many don't want to hear this, but when I had access to the DEP Fluency Manager (what managers see) a few months ago, you could choose Count Log File (Billing). It showed the same detail, but would show what MM bills the client for. They actually only bill for VBCs (visible blank characters), but when looking at our Payroll count, they do pay us for them. MM is still horrible, but at least they do that for us.
