No, their goal to is get rid of the AMERICAN MTs and have Indian MTs take over.
Your job now, as an MT for a newly acquired MTSO, is to maintain quality and turnaround to keep the clients happy until the Indians learn the account and can take over.
They are buying MTSOs for their ACCOUNTS NOT FOR TRANSCRIPTIONISTS.
