It doesn't matter how many days are in the pay period. They just want those totals. If you're full-time, you're supposed to do it. Somehow. If part-time, you're supposed to do half that, but as long as you make more than minimum wage, you're not likely to get fired. Full-timers are different. You meet the quota or get moved to part-time or IC or get fired. They give warnings and a couple of pay periods to get up to speed, but then that's it. I'm not full-time, so I don't know if anyone's been fired on that guideline. I don't meet quota and haven't been fired, but I do better than minimum wage.
