Is this 26,000 per pay period or per month? I honestly do not believe that Amphion employees will be required to do this, as they do not even require half of that now. Is this their way of making all employees ICs now? When/if we get the word that this is a requirement, I am sure those who do not mind being an IC will stay, but the remainder will go fast. I honestly doubt that many will be able to achieve this consistently and the company will have to reconsider this, unless their goal is to lose most of their employees. We are all waiting to see what happens. Please keep us informed.
