iMedX - 26000 lines - What on earth?

I was reading through archives and saw the newly required line count of 26,000? How on earth does anyone achieve that?  What is their method of counting a line? Spaces?  Headers, footers, demos?  

What is the platform?

And if you don't make your line count?  No PTO, insurance, etc.......  they are making it harder and harder for MTs to have benefits so they don't have to pay for them?  

How many people actually achieve this?  

Wonder if Amphion employees are required to do this yet?
