sent an email that effective Sunday...we will transition away from the current POD structure. Going forward teams will be made up of a HDSM (Healthcare Documentation Services Manager) and a Performance Coach, there will no longer be a TSA position. In addition to that, we will have a smaller structure of accounts to provide more consistent work flow.
