Yes, new download. Geez, I wish they would just leave Fluency alone, the more they try to help, the more they mess up. After about 2-1/2 hours, it got a little bit better, but still messed up and I do not want to call India tech to help, so hoping since tech knows about it, they will fix whatever is the problem.
