I also am a QA and apparently I get dinged for all blanks I cannot fill in. Why are the MTs being punished and nothing ever is said to these dictators? Management know who they are. Management can run the reports and see whose reports have the most blanks. But somehow all the MTs and all the QAs are somehow slacking because the blank percentage is up.
School cannot finish fast enough for me.
