We have Epic. Some providers still use regular dictation and some use Dragon. The providers have to review and sign off on all of their notes. If you are editing in Epic, you can flag things you can't understand for the provider to fix. In Dragon, they "train" it to recognize their voice and can edit in real time as they dictate. Everyone uses Epic differently, but we have a mix of straight dictation and VR.
