Yes, ESL can certainly be a challenge, although I'll never forget the doc from Mississippi who ended several sentences in his dictation with "BOOLpreen", i.e., blood pressure high at 165/100 BOOLpreen." It was only on feedback later that I learned he was saying bold print.
