The reason that you do not see 10 to 11 lines is because there are codes in there and header/footer information. You are not paid for headers and footers. However, if you cut and paste everything that you had typed or edited in the document including paragraph headings and spaces into Word, then you will see the count is dead on. You should really know what you are talking about before spreading things like this around. Most places do not pay for headers and footers.
